Not sure if Nick is looking in but we have effectively retired from this service. That decision was forced upon us when we lost our contact in Bangkok who submitted the applications for us.

I did find a new contact in the VfS building but they reneged on the deal we agreed....

There is a guy in Chiang Mai who deals entirely by post and he is probably the best option other than, say, Key Visa in Pattaya.

I will try and find his name/contact details.
