Well, the condo I started this thread about is now complete as promised, and paid for. With fancy landscaping, it wound up close to 30M ฿. Fancy clubhouse and pool. Five hours drive from here, so I doubt we’ll visit much. I don’t have a yen for fancy, but they’re happy.
