Hello,
At the moment I am doing the paperwork for a wedding in Thailand next year.
My Thai partner in Prasat (Surin) has received the following documents : Copy of passport / Residence certificate / Birth certificate / Certificate of celibacy
and my municipality in Luxembourg has also accepted them.
Now we also need the following document which is called ‘Certificat de coutume’ in French.
The English meaning should be the following.
An affidavit of law is a certificate of custom concerning the existence, content and interpretation of foreign law
If you want to put it simply, this would be an official document with the rules and customs on how and when to get married in Thailand.
( Thai Wedding Law)
Can anyone help me with this or does anyone happen by chance to know the Thai term for it
thx
Steve
