Bamboozled

Nice job Yorky, you are just the right person to manage the Bamboozelled Facebook page.

P.S. It was not possible to carry over the Bamboozelled postings from the Tam Tam Pizza thread. These have been deleted from public view on that thread to protect the integrity of that thread as requested by @Coffee.

Just for information, the sign in the bar is "Bamboozeled", the menu refers to Bamboozal, the map (which I admit I prepared) spells it "Bamboozelled", and Trip Advisor spells it "Bamboozled" (although they don't have a clue where it is). Whereas Webster's spell it "Bamboozled" they consider it an adjective which, in the case of the restaurant, it isn't.

I have noticed @nomad97 that despite your many protestations, Trip Advisor still believe that Bamboozled is next to (or in) Ming's tyre shop.
I even tried to take ownership Bamboozelled for the purposes of making changes to Trip Advisor (with Danny's permission of course) but to no avail. I guess I have tried to modify the site about 10 or 12 times, especially by relocating Bamboozelled to where it should be. Not once have I ever received any acknowledgement or return email from Trip Advisor. They say they will respond in 10 days but they never have. Most frustrating. I would say they are even better at not acknowledging comment than your requests to this forum for action on live feed updates! :D:D:D

Farcebook's auto map poster also hasn't a clue where the restaurant is but they indicate a different location to "Trip Advisor" and believe that it's somewhere to the rear of May's wharehouse and "approx 348 km as the crow flies" from where I am currently typing this.

As far as I'm aware it's not easy to change the website (unless anyone knows different).

After advice obtained on the internet I've discovered that it's not that hard to change the name although you are required to apply and then get approval for the name change (which took about 15 minutes).

Both Danny and Keaow came around this afternoon so I've added a few descriptions to the pictured food and some written directions to the restaurant.

Was there yesterday for Nookie foods pick up. Nice Aussie breakfast available on the days Nookie shows up. I wish they had that every morning. I'd go there for breakfast a couple times a week.

Also went back later in the day. Friday afternoons farang gathering. Lots of good folks chatting and drinking a few. Had a great time actually.

Was given a taster by Danny's better half of her new boneless fried and breaded chicken 'fingers' as well call them in the states. Excellent! Delicious. I'll be round for more of these tasty bits.

All in all a wonderful morning and afternoon at Bamboozled.

Its a nice vibe garden restaurant with a chilled feel and fresh air .
They have a good group of Xpats every Friday around 2.30 pm ,I think it would (could) be a good place for a S,F get-together ?
They do good Thai food Yellow curry (with french fires i like) its great they also do french fries an fried chicken . She will cook any Thai food you ask for if she can .
There Big glass of wine is cheap also .

Not sure there is a need for an SF get-together, either here at Bamboozled or anywhere else. Those that enjoy socialising quite likely form part of the Friday afternoon crowd anyway. Ferret did not get much response when he raised the possibility of a get together a while back before he disappeared.
