More 'modeling' pics from Hip Cafe and the Rooftop bar. Nice to see they are having fun with it there. Hope to get down there soon in the next few weeks. Whenever the rain stops of an evening. :)

I am hoping, and will suggest, they put up a half/quarter roof top sun screen. The green, blue or black sun shielding mesh. May help for some to have a drink from the top during the daylight hours. Otherwise I'd think most will just go at sunset and later. Great views it looks like from up there. A seat on the stairway landings might be useful as well. LOL

The area in the lot next to the building looks to be an interesting spot. Restaurant and bar under the stars with the sheet metal bar areas and stools with some live music will be popular I believe, once they can open and sell liquor.
