Unfortunately my dear fellow KCI/SI only excepted on line and mail ins for about 3 months after they reopened back in 2012. Shortly after their attitude was WE WANT TO SEE YOUR SMILING FACE.;;bad simle;; Wish you luck but as the saying goes "wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up first.":rolleyes::D:D

Same as me but I did mine yesterday, took only 4 minutes (in person) as I refused the free coffee &biscuits.

I didn't think that on-line reporting had been operational for 5 years.

An American that I know still reports by post from Chom Pra (or he did when I last saw him about 9 months ago).

BTW its just not SI but u can add Divison 4 HQ ,Bangpussy Division 1 along with 44 looking at ALL social media blogs and forums.;)
