A term I came across in Norfolk, used by my late ex-father in law.
I don't think he had this urban definition in mind though!............

I guess that I must have got this one from an Ozzie - "As dry as a dead dingo's donga".
I have never seen a dingo, alive nor dead, and I definitely haven't sampled the humidity of it's donga!
