I did post a shout last night that my daughters had been told that the school was closed today due to flooding in the city. I guess this photo says it all.

I think they may have already opened the gates.............................................



I took this photo 5 minutes ago. The last time the paddy lands were flooded was 2013, albeit to a depth of 2 meters. Today, I would estimate the flood level is 1 to 1 1/2 meters. If they do open the flood gates, loook out @Yorky.

P.S. So much for the new road they built earlier this year. Totally submerged.
