Only that permission is relevant..... that gets renewed every year - not the visa.

I don’t think there are any hard and fast rules here in LoS. My ‘passive’ teerak (with authority not with me) told me I was facing a fine and visa expulsion until she brought our baby into the conversation. So they make things up whimsically

No evidence of a clampdown in Pattaya (Jomtien) where I had heard that the agents were being squeezed and "hooky" retirement extension holders were being told to personally do 90 day reporting. Evidence this week of someone doing 2 new extensions and 3 90 day reports via an agent.
