Observation. 21 on site again today. The ladies well be out playing Paul Bunyan tomorrow as more timber is needed. This is NOT an ATB build BUT it is NOT your cow shelter that is seen out in the fields of Thailand. There were at least 6 meeting of 2 hours plus that I recall with these people who are involved and yes the army was involved at these meeting along with other government agencies. It has become very apparent to me that there is a master plane for this build AND when this project is finished it will be used as a show case.. I fully expect government officials to show up and there will be tours.
This small part of Kap Choeng does not have the money it would take for this to happen at this time I estimate that the cost to date not including labor to be about 1.4 million baht, that includes 1.25M for the 50 head of cattle. That cattle price is based on 25k each for Thai cows and that is the fair market price. There is still along ways to go and a short time to get there. The people that are doing the work all have families and other responsibilities so its about 10 am before they are all on site. One lady pushes a cart about 1km everyday with the food, meals on wheels.
