ERC raising Ft rate by 1.2% to cover higher fuel costs

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) will increase the monthly electric rate for January-April 2019 to 3.64 baht per kilowatt-hour, up 1.2% from 3.60 baht in the September-December period. Power bills.
Better dust of that PEA spread sheet @Yorky.

That appears to reference the FT (fuel tariff) which is currently -0.1590 Bht/Kwh. So what will it be now? (excuse my maths).

[Edit: the current rates are:
0 - 150 kwh/m 3.2484 Bht/Kwh*
151 - 400 kwh/m 4.2218 Bht/Kwh*
401 upwards kwh/m 4.4217 Bht/Kwh*

*excluding VAT]

4,921.23 Ridiculous
We are parting company quickly. We used to track each other baht for baht (if you know what I mean) but last month and this month we are far apart. Yours at 4,921 and mine at 3,745 baht. If anything, we use the aircon more than we used to but the new digital inverters in the living room and man cave have cut the bill.
