electric bill

I'm fascinated to know why you have 3 fridges.

We have 2 in the kitchen.large ones at that. One is intended for Thai foods, the other for my food, (including a box of wine. beers and sodas) though I do eat Thai most days, and invariably, just like the cutlery and crockery, everything ends up anywhere. Surprisingly both are largely full most of the time

We have a small hotel size fridge upstairs on the landing, predominantly for water, which the kids like to drink at night, and me too when my alcohol intake needs to be watered down in the small hours.

You can never have enough fridges/freezers.

We have a big chest freezer, a very 6ft tall half fridge, half freezer and a standard sized fridge with small freezer compartment. We have a spare fridge which was intended for beer storage/man cave purposes.

1254 this month for a family of 5 with 2 air cons, 3 TV's, 1 stereo, 1 fridge, 1 water heater, 6 fans and 7 portable devices.

I'm not expecting ours to be more than that. We also have two aircons but I don't think either have been turned on since September.

That 30 bob saving wouldn't even buy you a decent beer in England.

Very true, but the last 3 months bills have all been below 3,000Baht whereas before that they were always over 6,000Baht. That's some 9.000+ Baht 0r well over £200. saved. That would buy me more than a beer.;)

฿ 1,233.09 this month.

As was reported recently, the Fuel Tax surcharge has increased this month from ฿ -0.1590 to ฿ -0.1160, i.e. ฿ 0.0430 per unit (all units).
