Many years ago the FT charge was a positive number. Then EGAT increased the individual rates to virtually cause the FT to be zero. Since then the cost of fuel has reduced thereby causing a decrease in the FT and thus it became a negative number.

Mine expected tomorrow. Likely to be higher than recently as the Kids were home for Christmas and New Year In the region of 4,000Baht and I will be happy.
 
There's a phosphate mine in the US (N. Carolina, I think) which has 3 walking electric powered draglines. I heard this morning that the electricity bill each month was US$ 250,000.00. Yours pales into insignificance @nookiebear.

I think that you will find that February is a little shorter than January. About 10% shorter.

January's bill was for 31 days whereas my latest bill is for only 28 days.

There's a little rhyme that we learnt as kids. Do you wish me to repeat it for you?
 
It should be a longer charge month as it includes the end of January not February.
However they read my meter on the 13th compared to the 16th on the previous reading

In January my meter was read on 20th. This month it was read today. There has to be a short month somewhere in the year.
