Just to add a note on this.
Wood and I are both very pleased with the house.
When I contracted with Alan I got the usual remarks from my partner along the lines of I can save money with a Thai builder etc but as the work progressed he realised we were getting everything and more than we paid for.
During the build we made several changes to the spec which were are accepted and acted upon without problems
A special thanks to Alan's staff, particularly the 2 foreman.
And no Alan hasn't given me a discount for this post!
