Online 90 Day Report

I did my 90 day in person today (Monday) Standing room only, but I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Then off to the market for some snacks.

Sadly I've never had an appetite for cockroaches. If I had I'd probably be a healthier man.

As for me, I am a vegetarian and that's my excuse ;;grimace;;

Funny my gf eats that shyte at Grandma's house after it's made into a dried, shredded paste-condiment.

17 yr-old wouldn't touch it.

Me ? I tell her to stay at Grandma's house and don't be bringing that stanky home.

@Bandersnatch , as a vegetarian what are you eating for major protein, iron and B-vitimins ?

Hi Coffee, I am a bit nervous answering your question as the whole vegetarian/carnivore debate is a bit like talking religion or politics - you are bound to upset someone.

Protein: Human protein requirements are actually quite low. Human breast milk contains less than 1% protein. Nearly all vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, and seeds contain protein. Gorillas are vegetarian.

Iron: Nuts and seeds; soy; vegetables particularly tomatoes.

Vitamin B12 is really the only thing that it is difficult for vegetarians to get, so I add yeast to my diet by eating Vegemite.

I saw a Gorilla pull a big **** from his arse at the zoo once then proceed to eat it like a banana, double protein methinks.
