Online 90 Day Report

Colin:
If your status shows "Approved", then you should be able to print out the form that needs to go into your passport. I am very sure you don't need an email, just the "Approved" status. The following is from ThaiImmigration website:

• Once an application has been completed by the applicant. Application status is 'in progress'.
• This processing time begins when the Immigration has received your completed application form within 7 working days.
• Check your Application Status Online - Within 7 working days after your application is submitted, you can check your application status via www.immigration.go.th , bangkok.immigration.go.th
• When an application has been approved, the applicant should print out his/her receipt of notification via www.immigration.go.th , bangkok.immigration.go.th .This receipt will also show the next due date of notification and the applicant must keep it in the passport in case of being checked by the officer.
• The 90 days notification online will be completed only when you get approved status from the officer.

Thanks Mario.
The situation I have is that the status updated on the 25/9/18 showing approved does not contain the next date of notification nor does it use the term "receipt" which has left me thinking that Immigration hasn't taken all the required steps.
For peace of mind I will probably drive over and give KC a visit.

Colin: Should not be necessary to make the trip.
Go to: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm
Go to: Check the status of your application and enter the transaction REFERENCE NUMBER ( should be something starting with TM47-21-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. You should have this reference number from your "approved status".
Once entered you will get the status..."Approved: and the very last on the line says "view"
When you click "view" you will get another page with a bar code, and at the very bottom it will say "Application (print)" and "The Next Appointment (print)". When you click on these you can then print the form you need to put into your passport.

Note : Please enter the following information to check the status of your application “Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days (TM.47)"
Ref Number.

Thanks Mario for your help.
I had printed the page which shows approved but had not clicked on view, I will do it now.

I applied on line yesterday early in the day (not a good idea as it was a public holiday). It was approved today.

No email confirmation though.

I think they must have stopped sending e mail confirmations of approval, I didn't get one either.

Don't forget the 15/8 days before rule!
Thanks Yorky, but no worries...the report I was just approved on was due Dec. 10th. I am never late, but wanted to make sure the online method was still functioning well. Thankfully, for me at least, it is.

I have noticed that unlike when you applied in person (as it used to be, anyway) the next report date was 90 days from the last documented report date. With this "new" online reporting, it appears to now be 90 days from when your report was approved. Not that I give a shit though as it's so easy (and at no cost) now with the on-line system up and running (for some of us).

You are correct, it's now 90 days from the "approval date", but even so I have one more 90 day due March 1st, then my extension to stay expires May 28th, so it should all still work out well. I like the online reports because, as you say, easy and no cost, no trip to Kap Cheong.

There was in the past the facility to leave your 90 day reports until the last day or two thereby actually reporting every 94 or 95 days. This allowed one of the four reports to coincide within the date allowance of your extension application (or thereabouts). Now that is of no concern.

that on line reporting is so "cold" ... don't you all miss visiting gotlost in KC, where is the time he still got his coffeeplace ... or am I getting old ?!?!?

If you were here in Thailand, Croc, and did not want to go the online 90 day reporting, I think you would find Buriram immigration some considerable distance from GL's former coffee shop in Kap Choeng.................that is, assuming you were still living in Lahansai

Between Prasat and the border there is a sign saying camera in use. If this is stationary or if they just put this sign up when on days they are using the camera i do not know. Anyway i got a pretty sharp pic of my car on that road with a speed 0f 104 km registered, had to go to Police Station in Surin to pay 500. Speed limit on that road was a the time 90 km. I have also later on visiting Kap Chung noticed that road sign in thai and english warning camera in use. I have seen those camera signs other places in the country as well, but i dont know if they move them around and only put them up on days they are using this kind of speed trap. Being Thailand, the fine came to the adress i lived at when i first registered a car in thailand in 2005 and i was just lucky to get hold of it as this house is habitated by an angry ex
