Our resident tech expert can't do an online report?????
Maybe you really do need to leave the country and come back with a new arrival card.

I'm convinced that that is the solution. It'll cost him but may end up cheaper in the long run.

Is that after 2013? If so, it's worth 2 minutes of your time to give it a try. Not more than 15 days before your report date nor less than 8 days.

Cheers for that I’ll give it a go but I think 14 comes after 13?

Submitted my 90 day online just now after 3 unsuccessful attempts. Got the reference number finally, first attempts just bounced me back to first page. wouldn't go further. Now waiting to see if I get email back or not.

I don't think that all the offices send emails out. Better to check the progress through the website and (hopefully) print out the slip from there.

It has been said on the BuriramFarang forum and I will copy and paste:

Before BI opened and we were under the jurisdiction of Kap Choeng, I had 7 online reports approved. Then I got a new passport and BI opened and since I have not left and re-entered the kingdom using my new passport, my new passport wont be in the online 90 day report database.

According to "experts" on other forums who have allegedly been told by Immigration that you need to exit/re-enter the kingdom with your new PP to be enrolled on the 90 day online DB.

Based on the above this may explain why I am unable to complete the 90-day report online. Point 1, I have a very old arrival card (Dec 2002) and Point 2, I renewed my passport 6 years ago back in 2012. On both counts I doubt that either my passport or arrival card will feature in their database for the 90 day report. It would be interesting to hear of the circumstances of those who have been able to do their 90 day report online. In particular, was their arrival card issued against their current passport and presumably within the past 9 years or so (10 year life of the passport) ? Has anyone completed an online 90 day report on an arrival card that predates their latest passport? The answers to these questions may go some way to understanding why some folks can and some folks cannot to the 90 day online report. Of course, there is always the possibility it has nothing to do with this at all.

My situation: Passport 8½ years old, latest TM6 arrival card dated February 2016. On-line reporting successful (first and only time to date) was August this year.

Next time I do a trip to Siem Reap Nomad. You and Mrs Nomad will have to come as well. It is a good trip out. Not expensive at all. Time to give away your prized TM6. It is for the better you know.

Received an email from Immigration that my 90 day online notice was approved. Will print receipt and put in passport, now good until 10 December, 2018 before another report due.

I applied online on the 24th September for my 90 day notification due 8th October.
I have not received any e mail notification of it being approved but when I enter the information to check the status of my application on The Immigration Bureau website it states updated 25th September and status "approved"

I'm a bit concerned that you received an e mail and I'm wondering if I should still drive over to KC

I don’t know but I’d be worried it meant that the application has been approved? I think you should get an email perhaps to print out?
