90 Day Reporting changes - now 15 days before up to reporting date

My part is that on 6th June 2020 my extension of stay expires.

... and mine on 19th June.

We will both need to apply to extend..... the 'amnesty' does not apply to extensions (only the reporting relating to it).

I shall be going sometime next week which will be within the 40 day window that Buriram Immigration allows.

You know that and I know that but where is it spelt out in the latest announcement(s)?

And mine expires on May 23, 2010.
I will be finding out if a personal visit with required documentation/photos/etc is needed...trust me!

I am assured that the personal visit is required (although you may be stuck with a massive fine if your extension expired in 2010 :mask:). I shall be attending on 27th May 2020 thereby allowing me to conduct a 90 day report at the same time).

I posted at literally the same time CO-CO was posting. Looks like I will be making a visit.

Yes Mario, you will need to.

As you are no doubt aware, there is no grace period - and the period before (in which the application to extend can be submitted) depends on the individual office. No matter in your case, you are in the last 3 weeks..

It doesn't need to be spelled out because it is not affected by/included in the amnesty.

Because his extension expires later this month.

My point is - why is @mario299 asking if it's made perfectly clear in the innumerable announcements covering the amnesty?

It should not beyond the ability of the announcers to clarify that the amnesty "does not include" foreigners who are present in Thailand on an "extensions of stay" basis.

Maybe he wanted to be sure.

Maybe you can send him a PM.

Maybe he will respond on this thread (more likely had you asked him directly and quoted his post #122)

It is because of the innumerable posts that made me question. Sometimes too much information....
And, I corrected the erroneous 2010 in my post #122.
I'm okay now...I think

Just a brief reminder from Lopburi (a long time, respected poster on Thai Visa..

Online 90 day reporting available from April 1st

lopburi3 replied to Jonathan Fairfield's topic in Thai visas, residency and work permits

90 day reporting has been officially suspended until after July 31 (prior to that date they will advise how to do). So it appears you have just received the same May 15 report date you had earlier. No need to take any action until end of July (or later - or never if we are really lucky). No need to visit immigration - they have made this to avoid needless contact.

Will you be doing that before, after or during your 14 day self-quarantine ? :mask: 555:p

I know you're being a good boy and will stay within your residence for the required period of confinement. :innocent:

I am adding 7 days self isolation in Bang Saray to 7 days at home = 14 days ;) ......................... I do have my Buriram Healthy sticker in my passport....

Sorry. I forgot to mention that I did my 90 day report at Kap Cheong last Thursday. 30th April. Sat outside while it was done. No problems. There was a couple of others doing the same.

I did my 90 day the other day on the app.

Approved until 7th of September 2020.
The day my passport expires.
