electric bill

1254.00 baht. One ac unit. Have replaced most light bulbs in the house with LED ones and have seen a big reduction in our bills.

 C'mon @Pat , fess up. Have you been crypto-mining ?:fearscream:
Not enough money in mining today. o_O

I did however sell a bunch of moneys worth of crypto just before the "crash" and am now 100% debt free, with initial crypto investment still remaining.

When it comes to our electric bill, we have 2 semi-old aircons at 12000 BTU each. Too expensive.
Two brand new 12000 BTU ACs (which seem to cost about 3-400 Baht per month running about 12 hours per day).
Swimming pool pump used to be around 3000 Baht per month, but since upgrade to modern eco-pump it looks like only about 8-900 per month.
Two water boilers (not them silly heaters) at around 300-350 Baht each per month.
A few fridges and freezers.
Computers...
Lights. Lots of lights. All LED.

Then possibly the espresso machine , Pat (555)...but you do make a beautiful cuppa joe.

1507 baht this month but I thought it would be more. My teerak’s friends young son and his friend were staying all month so that was three A/Cs on the go with everything else. As we’ve recently moved I’m not sure if there was some ‘overhang’ from previous. Probably get a better idea next month but in a few days I’m off to Patts for a month so maybe not!

Daughter’s in control of A/C remote once again. However, strict instructions on usage were given but, I’m afraid, will fall on Thai deaf ears

5149 THB ... but still less than half of my old combined UK electricity and gas bill for the March/April month.

I remember my heating oil bills in 1974 in Holywell. I had to take in friggin' lodgers FFS! (Against the rules of the lease).
