My wife tried to ring KCI this morning on 044-559127. The lady who answered said we needed to ring 044-559127. She has been trying again for the past 15 minutes and is now not even getting a ringing tone. Just dead. Weather possibly?

My wife has been on a website (in Thai) which states that they are closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, open Friday and Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. WTF is all that about.

That remains to be seen. I would hope not as it's their fault!

When my wife spoke to KCI this afternoon, there was no mention of being closed at all; although it has been previously suggested that they may be closed on 01:07:16 as it is a bank holiday. When (or if) I have my visit tomorrow I shall ask (or get my wife to ask).

Not so, GL. I once reported by mail, got no answer, so e-mailed them. They replied within a couple of days. But I agree, it wouldn't do BigA much good.
